EuroMaintenance 2026 welcomes calls for papers and special sessions.
The European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS), together with Luleå University of Technology, invite experts from industry, academia, and professional associations to contribute to EuroMaintenance 2026 by organizing dedicated sessions.
All submissions must be made in English via the official EasyChair link below.
Accepted presentation formats:
Full papers
Poster presentations
Industrial presentations/demonstrations
Special sessions (90 minutes, 4-5 papers minimum)
For Full Papers:
Prepare an Abstract (max 300 words), structured with objectives, methodology, results, and impact.
Submit via EasyChair: register and upload your abstract.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
If accepted, submit a Full Paper (max 6 A4 pages) in DOCX and PDF using the template.
At least one author must register and present at the conference.
For Poster Presentations:
Prepare an Abstract (max 300 words), structured with objectives, methodology, results, and impact.
Submit via EasyChair: register and upload your abstract.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
If accepted, you will be notified to prepare the poster in a specified poster template.
At least one author must register and present at the conference.
For Industrial Presentations/Demonstrations:

Call for Special Sessions
Special Session Organizers are invited to design and chair a 90-minute session bringing together 4–5 high-quality papers (industrial case studies, research contributions, or both).
